Rappelz's previously announced expansion, Epic IX Part 3: Rise of Power, is now live. This update brings with it a new dungeon, updates to old dungeons, and a new 'final awakening system.'
The new dungeon, The Remains of the Ancients, pits players against the 'powerful and terrifying monsters' the Bloodthirsty Slaughterer, the Crystal Golem, and the dungeon's final boss, Grand Master Hector. Entry is only granted with the use of a Defense Force Token, which is obtained by completing a level 170 quest chain.
The game's last six dungeons—Cubric Dungeon, Arid Moonlight Underground Base Stage 4, Valmore Mine Underground Base Stage 4, Crystal Valley Underground Base Stage 4, Palmir Relics Underground Base Stage 4, and Red Spider Circus Stage 4—have also been touched up. Upon killing each dungeon's final boss, a pillar will appear. Interacting with the pillar will resurrect the boss 'in a 'revived' form.' Successfully killing the revived form of the boss will grant the played a Broken Jewel, which can be combined with other Broken Jewels to create a 'quest item' that is used to complete 'the first talent point quest' at level 160.
Welcome to the circus! Laughter and screams roam in the heart of the pitch black woods, where new challenges await those who dare to enter the mysterious portal! New dungeon, new weapons, enhancement system, daily quests, level cap increase and more! In the Circus Maximus Arena players can accept exciting challenges and be rewarded with unique items in return. With the introduction of a new ladder system, PvP battles become even more exciting and, for the first time in the world of Althea, mounts are available.
The 'final awakening system' allows players to 'awaken' their armor, boosting their skills 'like never before.' The awakening process requires an Awakening Stone that can be purchased in-game. This can all be accomplished without real cash, but a scroll can be purchased from the cash shop for the purpose of '[resetting] the randomness of the second option.'

One way to get a free set of wings, is by doing the daily quest that reward AP (Arena Points); such as the daily Drillbot quest for level 150+ characters.
If you were to only do Drillbot daily, it would take 194 days to get the wings.
Another way to get a free set of wings (although they’re timed) is by placing in the top 10 of the server in donations to the Altar of the Goddess.
At the month’s end, if you’re still ranked in the top 10, you’ll see the message and notice the wings in your inventory.
